From our family to yours
Capri was established in 1962 and opened its doors in 1963. Today, the Fiorino family continues a story built around comforting Italian food, thoughtful service and recipes inspired by Calabria.
Anna Fiorino began cooking at Capri as a teenager after arriving in Hamilton from Italy. She later became the owner, alongside her husband Genaro and son Salvatore, preserving the food and family spirit guests have known for decades.
